In that first pic of Hunnam sitting in his chair, it looks like he's thinking, "I'm SO ready for this season to be over."

He's been great in the role, but it has to be a little exhausting emotionally given all the dark and terrible places this show goes.

yeah, they have nothing to stick Tara's murder on him. his jail time is most likely related to the deal with the DA.

I think the show has run it's course. It's ending at just the right time.

I'll still miss the hell out of it though. I haven't been this engaged by a show since The Sopranos.

I believe so, and HBO did it with The Sopranos. It's not a common thing, but people act like they've never heard of it happening before Breaking Bad.

Pretty sure Sutter always had the 7 seasons plan from the beginning, 8 tops. I think the show has been incredibly consistent, and never understood the complaints about it supposedly outstaying its welcome and becoming tedious & always the same thing.

The season 6 finale is just incredibly brutal & emotionally crushing. And it makes me smile that some people can still say Charlie Hunnam cannot act, geez.

I hope Kurt will do the first nine prequel series, I'd watch that in a heartbeat.

They did that for the second to last season. I can't remember why though. I think it was up in the air if it was getting cancelled or something.

Most press releases mention the "7th and final season" or something of that nature.

Sutter always said he had a seven season arc, but was open to doing another season if it made sense. I guess FX will press him to do more seasons because of how popular the show is, but maybe he'll do a prequel series instead?
