Don't think the CW directly mentions the "light side of the Force". But it does mention "the light" as being in opposition to "the dark" while referring to the force.

Again, I truly think the character Andy Serkis is playing isn't flat out "evil" or "dark". I think we'll be battling ourselves to really view the new perceived threat as full evil. I'm sure their tactics will surely be questionable however. It seems to me they just want a complete resurgence in force users overall.

Wasn't it reported that he's playing the ancient Force User/Sith and a member of an acrobatic tribe?

I remember speculation based off of the concept art that one of the "aliens" that was with the heroes was him, and then the possible Sith/Force User. But I really have no idea.

I for one f***ing loved the teaser. I thought it was a perfect tease for a film that isn`t out till NEXT December lol. Amazing we got this much. This is how a trailer is done, giving intrigue without spoiling anything. The CGI already looks superb, and I completely don`t understand the hate on the crossbar saber, I thought the whole sequence was bad***, and I`m sure opinions will shift dramatically when the light saber is in action.

Also just some random thoughts:

My first impression on john boyegas behavior at the beginning of the teaser suggests to me like he`s suffering from memory loss & has no idea whats going on or where he is. Thoughts on this?

Also when I saw the sith, first thing that came to mind was that it was a female. Has the films seen a female sith in action??

I haven`t seen the original trilogy in a long time & the prequels were horrifyingly awful in my opinion, so I couldn`t remember but....WOW no female siths or jedi`s? That`s crazy. It`d be so wicked to see that the hooded figure in the woods was Lupita Nyong'o for example

Because in the six films we have there has been no female Sith.

There were Jedi Women in the background and in some scenes in Episode II and III.

However I think there should be a female jedi or sith in the film, that would be really cool. How there hasn`t been one in 6 films... is baffling to me at least.

Oh wow, dope! I knew she`s one of the main characters, but just assumed she wasn`t gonna be that type of character. Her having force powers or wielding a saber sounds bad***!
