I couldn't be more excited for this. It looks amazing! Fun and terrifying. Bill's Pennywise looks like a nightmare come to life. That ending shot!

I've seen really good horror movie trailers, The Conjuring, Lights Out among them but "It" isn't in that category. I saw some interesting things but over all, "eh." I'm not saying that I've given up on the movie because of my reaction because I haven't.

The photography looks excellent. I dug the trailer overall, it doesn't play like a straight-up horror flick.

Great trailer. As much as I'd love to see how Bill Skarsgård acts as Pennywise, I hope this is the most we get in trailers. Even though I know that won't happen.

There's something nice about having a horror movie set before modern technology.

It was alright nothing major, I like the idea of penny wise being a force of nature, but again he design is extremely poor and not thought out.

And the style seems to be taking from every crappy modern horror, quick cuts creepy kids it screams insidious or sinister. I hope I'm wrong but it just seem likes kings style.

I'll hold off on my full thoughts until trailer 2

Am I the only one that didn't notice a stutter though? Is that just me?

I thought the trailer was pretty great.

I think Insidious is a great horror film. Thought Sinister was mediocre.

The fact that they only teased Pennywise a little and didn't spoil everything got me really excited. I miss the days when the monster is only hinted at in trailers. I loved this trailer!

Not bad for teaser, but I can't say I'm excited for this just yet. It definitely has potential though. Pennywise actually looks pretty creepy and I'm digging the old school cinematography. It feels like an 80's movie which is cool, but am I the only one who thought the way Pennywise was coming out of the water at the end looked kind of goofy? Maybe it's just me.

Still not feeling this design for Pennywise. Liked everything else though.

Good trailer, but I agree that Pennywise design just isn't quite right.

I was bored by the trailer. I mean they were freaking out over a slide projector not stopping... Lame...

I really love the new design for Pennywise. I guess I'm in the minority when it comes to that subject.

Good trailer, but I agree that Pennywise design just isn't quite right.
Still think the design leans too much in the "obvious creepy" direction. And no I'm not saying I wanted a redo of the 1990 film design-wise and I don't care how it was described in the book because you have to make something work as a film. And I think a more subtle creepy look is better than an obvious one, on film.
