Character has been around SINCE the 80's Using her powers to fly faster than a human being could control such,(In space piloting one of the Acanti at HYPERLIGHT Speeds)... generate and fire lightning at speeds faster than her opponent to even see it coming ,.. Pages of her deflecting ENERGY in most forms being thrown at her up to and including the phoenix -

With that kind of logic MOST of the Xmen can't use their powers,... Nightcrawler couldn't telport,... Iceman couldn't create an Ice Anything instantly, The telepaths and Telekinetics would be reduced to doing things as fast as mundanes do,.. negating their powers.

Nope - You can't reduce Storm to how fast YOU think she can do something - against what SHE ALREADY HAS SHOWN just to win an arguement.

Only One place where storm whups Thor.

Near the center of the Galaxy.

There the amount of power she has available to manipulate exceeds the amount of energy that Thor has available as the God of Thunder.

1. It's Canon that Storm has Manipulated STARS,... (Not A Star,.. but Clusters.)
2. It's Canon that she has absorbed and discharged enough stellar energy from glacatic center to destroy a Starship.
3. Thor has NEVER been shown to manipulate Any energy effects off planet, nor does he absorb or redirect energy outside of the stuff with the Hammer.
4. Thor has Limits that are inherent in him as far as energy manipulation. Storms limits are not in manip but in CONTROL.

This means:
That on EARTH or anywhere else short of Galactic Center where Ororo doesn't have access to more ENERGY than Thor trucks around with naturally,... Thor wins.

Galactic Center - She Beats his Azz.

No real dispute on this unless you want to ignore (counting on Fingers) 25+ years of X-men History.

anyhow she gave him her best shot with her weather manipulation and he literally smiled and basked in it (yeah OZONE, ducking and dodging her lightning )

Anyway he asks her to yield, she refuses and attacks him hand to hand (on account of the fact that he is totaly immune to her powers and she has no other option)

Thor doesnt want to hurt her and knows she can't hurt him so he kisses her and pulls the air right out of her lungs causing her to pass out in his arms.

Short, sweet, simple, and clearly demonstrating Thor's superiorty. Dude laughed off her attacks and knocked her out with a kiss. He could have broken her in half if he wanted to.
