Next week is my one and only chance to watch the recent Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers movie. Next month though… Hunted, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Stranger Things, Ms. Marvel and The Outlaws, plus I’m on a 3-day course as well, with some research involved. Bah!!!Damn I’ve got Prehistoric Planet, Kenobi and Stranger Things next week. Gonna be a busy Memorial Day weekend.
Two and a half hours is where these guys were plainly given a little too much freedom. I mean, I’ll still watch, obviously, so this complaint is a bit half-hearted, but that’s just nuts.Wow, they weren't joking about those lengths
There are like 4 feature length film episodes. Some others, very close. I'm honestly shocked. What I gather from it, is they actually might be telling three entirely different stories in their entirety. New Mexico, Hawkins, and Russia. Each with their own storylines and characters. Which is nuts.Yeah, I'm really curious as to what season 5 is going to be. With the shear length of this season, is there really going to be all that much left to cover? Especially with the last episode being a feature film, that seems like a prime way to end the show just based on structure.
Because Netflix likes people to binge their shows and if they released all the episodes ain’t nobody gonna binge that **** lol. I mean some people but probably not many.Wild that the last three episodes are pretty much movies. I wonder why Episode 8 and 9 are saved for later.

After giving it some thought, I wonder if there is some time jump or major plot movement at the end of Episode 7, and the showrunners wanted to give the audience time to consider it and let it sink in. I think if it was purely about Netflix wanting to get another month of subscriptions from the fanbase they would have split it earlier in the season. This is such an odd and lopsided break that its got to be a result of how the plot of these 9 episodes plays out.I'm actually totally ok with how they broke it out. It means that essentially after this first chunk we have two movies to look forward to in july. I think it would just be too much if they put it all out now.
