Massive but dwindling since she left her show and her network has pretty much gone nowhere. She's nowhere near the cultural guru she was. Why do you think she's done The Butler and Selma? She needs to keep herself relevant. I doubt she would've even taken WB's call 5-6 years ago. But now she needs the boost.

Because some people are consciously and subconsciously looking for a reason to bash WB/DC. Saying that they don't have a plan is now idiotic ******** so why not move on to something else?

I have seen nothing in Variety or THR about Jaden being in a DC movie and until I do I will smartly assume that he is not. I would hope that everyone would be smart enough to not assume someone is in a film without any proof what-so-ever but this place never fails to disappoint me. As soon as someone shows me the trade article in which he has been cast I assume he hasn't. Talking about Jaden is off topic by the way because he is not in Suicide Squad to my knowledge.

He's been rumored to be in the running for Static Shock, the upcoming digital series.

I am way beyond excited about the cast for Suicide Squad. Smith as Deadshot I can easily see working. In fact Will could bring a lot to the role. Leto as Joker is really inspired. He's method like Ledger, yet he has the range, talent and most importantly courage to follow Ledger's iconic portrayal and make it his own. Robbie as Harley Quinn is perfect. She has shown she has the ability to hold her own in scenes with heavyweight actors and she has a definite screen presence. Also she looks just like Harleen Quinnzel. Hardy as Flagg seems like a great choice and I'm glad he is back in a DC film. I'm also liking the idea of Eissenberg reprising his role as Lex Luthor. It really could be something special and a worthy next film after an event tent pole film like Dawn of Justice. I honestly can't believe that this is actually happening.
