2nd viewing : (Extended version) What a pile of garbage, damn, I regret giving it 4/10 the first time, this film is worse than Fant4stic.
I find them both to be enjoyable, Suicide Squad is obviously the better one.I definitely wouldn't say that. As scattered as this film is, it's nowhere near as bad as the last "Fantastic Four" movie. That's quite an exaggeration, imo. At least SS has a few redeeming qualities.

You haven't seen FFINO? GOOD! Do yourself a favor and keep it that way. Trust me.
SS at least manages to be entertaining and have a few good performances. Everybody in FFINO save for Michael B. Jordan came off as bored, boring and without much to work with in the first place.
I bet the script for FFINO makes Ayer's drafts look like masterpieces in comparison.

Did you just copy someone's else joke, jokes?

Yeah, Doom was an absolute waste of space. He came out of nowhere and the final battle with him lasted less than 5 minutes. Enchantress...at LEAST the final battle with her and her brother...thingy was much more of a showdown. Also, F4 LITERALLY had the second act ripped out of the film (the film is just under 90 minutes). Like, there is no second act. This movie's 130 minutes so it at least has a first, second and third act structure to it even though its sloppily paced.
That's because the studio stepped in and added the Doom fight at the end.
Screen Junkies still held punches there![]()
Say what you say about Enchantress, she was a very interesting witch in my opinion. She is almost like an alien.
Enchantress was misplaced and David didn't know what to do with the character, which you can tell by the ending the studio forced him to make.
Outside of that, though, she just shouldn't have been the main villain. The end of the world bit and why she wanted humanity dead was all just stupid.
