That's kind of what I am leaning towards myself. Oh and as for the pic, you mean this...

If they made that suit a little greener so that they didn't feel the need to make it greener with a sh**** aftereffect because it looks black in the dark that would be a perfect suit.

And well this photo has caught on. Micahel Ausiello at TV Line said at his Twitter...
#Arrow, #TheFlash, #Supergirl and Two #Legends Put Best Feet Forward in 4-Way Crossover Teaser Photo

A link is up.

HOWEVER, I have just found out that it IS indeed promo shots, Tina Teoli, a makeup artist on the Flash, said on Instagram they're filming promos today.

I hope that Speedy and some of the others will make it into this promo. Probably not.

Okay, four episodes in...does this whole Kara and Jimmy will they, won't they romantic stuff trickle throughout the whole season? Because I've got enough of that stuff on both Arrow and The Flash.

If they really wanted a promo, and one based upon Flashpoint where everything has changed, they could film a promo with Melissa, Chyler, Willa and Danielle stranded on a remote paradise island somewhere in the South Pacific in only their bikinis.

good grief!

It's ok, DR goes off into this fantasy world all the time...

On another note....Kevin Smith is binge watching Supergirl this weekend....which sounds like good research to direct a few episodes for season 2....????? I think so...

I like this timeline. I think I'll call it Fleshpoint. :o

I thought you would only post that kind of stuff in the Gal/WW threads.

Eh. That or he's just playing catch-up since I don't think he watched it. Both he and Marc didn't keep up on the most recent season of Gotham either, and with Supergirl being on a different network and Smith being so wrapped into The Flash, I can see skipping out on it. Hell, the only reason I'm tuning in myself is because it's switched networks. Had it still been on CBS, can't say I'd be giving Supergirl the time of day. Well, that and the aftertaste of that godawful first trailer, but that's another story.

Kevin Smith directing an episode of Supergirl would be awesome! His episode of The Flash last year was definitely one of the best of the season. Surprised he hasn't done an Arrow episode yet, considering his background with the character.

What does it have to do with whether it's on CBS or the CW that you'd give it a look. If it's a show you're interested in then it doesn't matter which network it's on.

For people in the UK, the show's original network is irrelevant.

Well, network and the more important reason, it aired the same time as Gotham, and since that's a show I write about, that took priority. Supergirl just barely interested me, but CBS, like ABC with Agent Carter, didn't market it well. I may dislike Gotham because of how campy it is, same with The Flash, but Fox and CW at least knew how to market them and make them look interesting. I can't say the same for CBS and Supergirl.

He talked at the end of last season about wanting to direct an episode or 2 of Supergirl....and getting to see the finale and loving it. Now that it is on the same network and everyone is up in Vancouver, I think his wish may come true.

Gotham isn't my cup of tea, Supergirl isn't his....not everyone drinks the same kind of tea. ;)

Thanks in advance for not putting words into someone's mouth in the future. The marketing for the show isn't my cup of tea, not the show itself. It's fine so far, though again, the whole Jimmy/Kara stuff is all too similar to what I've seen on The Flash and Arrow. So it's good, but at only four episodes in, I wouldn't call it great just yet.

It gets progressively better as the show goes on. The early episodes aren't a patch on the later ones.

As for Jimmy, he's just a boring actor. It seems every show has one unfortunately. But apart from that I think he's miscast. If he were a different character he'd be more acceptable, but as Jimmy he towers above all the other heroes and looks more like he should've been Green Lantern himself.

I'm sorry, if I misread your post....just didn't seem like you were watching the show, so I figured it was just not your cup of tea.

If he does anything for Supergirl like the AWESOME Flash Season 2 gem The Runaway Dinosaur, it's bound to be a favorite.

If this isn’t an “internet law” then it should be: Attempts at friendly diplomacy will often be interpreted as hostile.

:cwink:

I'm not a big fan of his pod cast, but he has done some great stuff directing, so I would love for him to direct a couple of episodes.
