What did the poster say and what so so bad about it?

Nothing much it is just Superman standing in some minor fight damage rubble with a tagline altered from "Superman is coming to Supergirl" to "Superman is coming in Supergirl".

So, I guess that confirms that Superman will be part of the crossover as well?

Cisco Ramon...pardon my Spanglish but...!TU ERES UN PLAYER, HOMBRE! What would Caitlyn think?

Or to put it another way...one heck of a dinner date.

Yes, that's a Joe Cool/Snoopy shirt Melissa is sporting.

:funny: Can't wait for a Cisco/Kara scene, Carlos makes every scene he is in better and so does Melissa, so it should be great!

Ok thanks.

That would have actually still worked as a normal and acceptable tagline. It's just people with a dirty mind have interpreted it in a certain way. I mean, it's not inaccurate. He is coming (arriving) in the show "Supergirl".

Unfortunately, from the first time it was shown on twitter, that was the interpretation that was planted in every tweet, including those that were RT it to say that the person was hacked, thinking they were helping the person....YET, were simply spreading that thinking more and more. *sighs* if people would just read it, *roll their eyes* and move on instead of RT it and stating how offended they are, this would have died down within an hour, and if I'm not mistaken RT it to stars of the show....like they have time to care about that crap.

So stupid...

It was hilarious. All the offended people kept bringing more attention it then cried about how much attention it was getting. :loco:

It's also given fuel by the comics. Some of the older ones have Kal saying he would prefer marrying Kara, and then he says some mumbo-jumbo about the different incest laws between Krypton and Earth.

So it has a history that people immediately latched onto the corrupted image.

OK, let's not go into banjo country here....moving on.

just picked up Season 1 on BR!!

along with Seasons 1 of Flash and Arrow so I can finally watch those shows. ;)

So I hear they are collapsing Supergirl's Earth into the main CW verse.

Not sure, it was just a dinner wasn't it? Guess we'll have to see.

I imagine if he us he'll only be in a small part of it.

Well the optimist in me is hoping that it must mean something because given the fact that he isn't a series regular on Supergirl (as of yet), then they wouldn't need to invite him for a dinner where main cast members were only present.

Could he have just den a guest though simply because he's around at the moment?

I hope you're right anyway mate but as always I have my doubts.

CBS president explains SUPERGIRL's move to the CW.

http://screenrant.com/supergirl-cbs-cw-move-glen-gellar/

“I didn’t say Supergirl didn’t work for us. It actually worked very well. It averaged over 10 million viewers a week. But at the end of the day, we really looked at the situation. We said, ‘How can we both win from this?’ We co-own The CW so this was an opportunity for both CBS and Warner Bros. to really benefit from the success of the show. They produce it. We co-own the network and there’s nothing to say that if we hadn’t made the right deal with the CW that we wouldn’t have taken it back on Monday nights or another time.”

Miss Martian!! Yes!!

not sure how I feel about the musical crossover, though.......

Surprised they're gonna go with an actress in her 40's for Miss Martian. I guess they're going with a seasoned M'gann, or the make-up simply allows her to pass for someone much younger.

Miss Martian is a shape shifter so I think people are making way too big a deal about Sharon being cast as her. She could be closer to her 20s but took on an older human form for unknown reasons.

What do so many people have against musical episodes?

There are close to a dozen current or former cast members on Supergirl and The Flash ALONE who are musically talented (Melissa, Jeremy, David, Mehcad, Chyler, Calista, Laura, Peter, Grant, Carlos, Jesse, Tom, Andy), so it would be a shame not to let them exercise that talent.

Musical crossover? It worked for shows like Batman Brave and the Bold, not sure about here. Could be a sign they are running out of ideas. I think the 20-22 episodes per season that these shows have is a bit much. They should trim the fat to avoid multiple fillers, villain of the week and possible musical episodes.
