I certainly did. My bad.

Church doesn't sound like a Schwarzenegger character at all.

Gotta be honest, I'm kind of looking more forward to this than I am Inglorious Bastards.

I'll still never get over the fact that we never got Arnold and Stallone in the same flick... one freaking scene would be nice. Even if its the two sipping coffee like Pacino/Deniro... maybe in another life. I still like the cast the Stallone is putting together but I think you need to add a few more guys before I am sold.

i think if arnold was still acting that then ther would be some chances. they are now friends now right?
but siince now it is how it is. we know who now arnold is. but maybe some day a cameo ?

More informations about the movie:

- Sylvester Stallone will play Barney Ross, the leader of the group.

- Jason Statham will play Lee Christmas, Barney's best friend and second-in-command.

- Jet Li and Dolph Ludgren will play Kong Kao and Gunnar. They're both Expendables, but are rivals and have two fights.

- There's three more Expendables: Hale Ceaser, who owns a restaurant, Richard, that is homosexual, and another character, african-american, who's name is not mentioned. The reviewer he looks like Wesley Snipes.

- Forrest Withaker plays federal agent Willie Sands, and, if things go right, Sandra Bullock will play his partner, Diane Lickinson.

- Randy Couture will play Dan Payne, a american hitman that works for General Garza, the man the Expendables must take down.

- Two brazillian actos, Rodrigo Santoro and Juliana Paes, were hired for the movie. My guess is that she's going to play Christma's love interest.

- The Expendables are like brothers, and, despite some disagreedments (Like the ones Kao and Gunnar have), they respect eachother. They have tatoos and actually call themselves "The Expendables". They consider themselves as men "ready to die in the the fire of glory". Their life is rough, but they have a dark sense of humor about that.

- The movie has tons of action scenes alternate with funny interactions between the group. Those action scenes involve the sea, a airplane, trucks, guns, knifes, feet, forearms, mano-e-mano and crowds.

I hope Statham as a Cockney/English accent and not an American one because his American accent is ****e.....:woot:

The name of Bullocks character made my juvenile side smile, given the sound of those action set pieces and the cast, what is the budget on this thing ?

How could he ? he died in Rocky 4.

Stallone wanted to use old flashback footage of Weather's from the previous films and but Weather's actually wanted a part in Rocky Balboa.

Stallone said no, and Weather's refused to let him use footage of him in the movie.

 What was Weathers going to play an Angel?

That's odd, the studio would own rights to the footage not Weathers.

Maybe he means Stallone wanted to use a flashback scene, not an actual scene from a previous film. Like in Rocky 5, Mickey has a scene or two that weren't in the previous films.

Is Talia Shire dead or no? What was the reason why she wasn't in Rocky 6?

Realistically, how will this movie do...box-office wise?

I imagine it won't be taken too seriously, although I'm a huge Stallone fan.

No, she's not dead.

Also controversial was Stallone's decision not to have Talia Shire reprise her role as Adrian. Stallone told USA Today that, "in the original script, she was alive. But it just didn't have the same dramatic punch. I thought, 'What if she's gone?' That would cut Rocky's heart out and drop him down to ground zero."[9]
Shire herself said that, in her view, "The film has great regard for the process of mourning. Sly utilizes mourning to empower Rocky, and Adrian is made very mythical."

LOL, I have no clue why Weathers would want part in the film since he was dead.

I think even though studios own the film rights, the actors have the rights of whether or not their footage or likeness can be used, or something like that.

I remember Crispin Glover won a lawsuit or something with the studio about using his image in the Back to the Future movies. Basically Crispin wanted a pay raise to be in the sequel, studio said no and Crispin refused allow his footage to be used in the sequels. You noticed in the sequel they used a look-a-like and only showed his character from behind or far away. Same thing for part III, they look-a-like was upside down for that very reason. I think this was the precadent, and is why Weathers footage was not used.

Mark Singer needs to be in this; what with all of his open-shirted machinsmo.

(Can you tell I've been watching re-runs of 'V' again :D)

this will be pure action badass .

what was the finale in rambo 4 ? only badass R action. and it worked. it f... worked.

bring it on Stallone. Arnold and Bruce need to be in this movie. i dont care if they are only there for 2 seconds.
