I agree about Storm. Sure its alright, they made her look nice and tough, but they could have made it sooo much better. I like your idea with her looking up at the sky, cape flowing in the wind. That would be much more eye catching than what they have now, and it would be on par with the Phoenix and Angel posters.

Well, these are just the promos for Wonder Con. They usually have other one-sheets for the characters, so this won't be the last promo one for Storm.

I agree they could have done more to inject some flair to it, but it's the polar opposite of Jean's (the other uber powerful X-Woman). Notice:

Jean is rising.

Storm is grounded.

See the contrast? I think they chose to focus less on her powerful abilities (the films have shown us what she's capable of) and more on her new attitude. The expression on her face says "I will kick your ass." That's a far cry from the "I'm A Softer Storm" posters of X1 and X2.

Harry Knowles is pathetic! So the posters look a bit like Rent, so what??!! Rent is a character driven film and X3 is similar in that regard. That doesn't mean the mutants are gonna break into song and dance!! The posters are fantastic, end of!!

Those posters are great! The Phoenix one is just begging to be put on a giant billboard along with the Angel one. Storm's..it's good..but compared to the greatness of the others, it's not on the same level. The woman can control the forces of nature, you'd think her's would be a little more epic. I believe that these posters have a lot more flavor then the past movies;along with more character.

I luv all the posters. All the women look great. The red tint is throwing me off on the Beast one but it's still cool. AICN is a site I don't care too much for. I can't wait to see more official X3 posters.

The homophobic idiocy at AICN is dumbfounding. They are whining that Beast's suit is "pink". Good god, do these people not have any sense of vision? It's clear as day that the WHOLE scene is bathed in that pink/reddish lighting--even Beast's face is highlighted with it.

I've never seen a group of such closeminded, visionless ***** on one message board. Talk about going by shallow face value. MEH....
