no... if u notice the pics brightness and contrast are off (beast, jeans head... rogue etc..) the only pic up there thats resolution isnt bad is angels.. the others are in severe need of high res

Me, Myself and I - WonderCon 2006

I had a great weekend, because this weekend was WonderCon 2006. Mark, my sister, Ralph, and I went on Saturday. The line to get in at 10am sorta sucked, but it's okay. They had to direct us to a place to pick up our program, so they directed us to the Storm Trooper all the way in the end... yeah, you'll never hear someone say that to you. We went in and it was crowded! I got loads of buttons that I put on my bag There were so many people wearing costumes too, and we all know how much I love costumes. At 12pm, we went upstairs to watch a Fox presentation about some of the movies coming out. On our way in, we got Mission Impossible 3 hats and raffle tickets. After the looong presentation, which I sorta got bored at but that's mainly cause of the people being totally rude, they did the raffle and I won! Woo hoo!! So I had to head outside to pick up my X-Men Poster.

When I went outside, there were people handing them out. I gave them my ticket stub and handed me a poster. She didn't even look at my stub! So, I ran to Mark and I told him "she's not checking! go give her a ticket and get one!" So Mark went and he got one too. While he was gone, everyone was asking me to trade, because I got Angel and they all got Wolverine. I was like "no.. sorry!!" Anyways, I called my sis and Ralph too and I told them to get posters too! Mark got another one too, since we had an extra ticket.

Afterwards we went inside, which was completely crowded. It was really cool though, lots of awesome action figures and comics. I'm trying to not get into collecting comic books though, because it's an expensive hobby. I saw stuff that I wanted too. There was a booth that had stuff for Firefly, but I didn't get anything cause it was a bit pricey. Anyways, I got a card for a site to buy stuff at. (http://poplollies.com/browncoats/)

We went upstairs to watch Kevin Smith talk. He's hilarious! He had some great stories. We also got a Clerks II preview. After that was the Pixar 20th Anniversary & Cars presentation. That was really good, but people were rude in the back because they were all talking. *sigh* My sis and Ralph went to a different presentation, which ended 45 min after ours, so we headed to check out the other rooms and found a room that was showing Firefly "Shindig." Obviously, we sat and watched!

I can't wait for Wondercon 2007 now!


As for our posters, Mark is selling the Wolverine and Rogue one on Ebay. The Angel.. I don't know if I want to part with it, but there is the thing of "I have no idea what I'm going to do with it, cause I won't put it up." It's just hard to part with.. hell i want to keep all of them, but it does end up being stuff I won't use. *sigh*

*EDIT*
Okay.. so some guy offered us $300 for all of the ones we have, including my sister's. So I guess I am parting with it. Ah well, it's some income. I think I'm going to print out pictures of them and just keep those. *sigh*

nobody can be happy, alway's complaining, the poster's are awsome, Storm/Roque look's strong and tuff like there main character's and can kick ass which is reaily good and it mean's they will finaly kick ass like there supose to, Angel is awsome exept lil odd, i mean like the look on his face seem's he reaily is happy to fly, but anyway, there all awsome, and stop complaining about beast, he look's awsome and yea i guess there solider's(in the backround's) but ever thing, that pic can just be a promotional pic with just backround's them, they all look awsome, Storm- ready to kick ass and create huricane's or something and a face saying- no more ms. nice girl and freidnly teacher,roque's can just be her promotional pic of her in the danger room, Beast could be on top of car and the soldier's in the back can just be another backround picture, so he look's big and mighty and he's suit is red most prob cause of the light's there could be dark red light's on him, it look's wierd but we all know he will have black suit like the other's im very impressed with the poster's thought for beast i whish he's suit was diferent, like in the cartoon exept biger underwear or like jsut have pant's like the thing from fantastic four movie, just like those exept black and x-men suit..and also..stop complaing and stop presuring fox and ratner, we have goten awsome pic's the film is in 3 month's appreciate the pic's youve seen and be happy you ungrateful lil kid's, give some respect and love for fox studios and ratner, and the cast, the movie's are awsome, and this one will no dought the best and and blow x1 & x2 out with a future x4 or spinoff or not, this film will reaily be epic and the real comic book x-men feel and look, have hope, just relax and wait after the 3 month's we can all see it over and over and the dvd will reaily be special and then seeing x-men 1-2-3 will all be a real x-men universe film
