One thing I found interesting in the latest MC chapter was when Madrox awoke from his "coma" and the M that was tattooed onto the future dupe appeared on the Prime! Is this the first time something like this has happened to Madrox when he absorbs a dupe and takes on a physical characteristic?
As to the pace of MC, I've found it exciting in parts, yet lacking heaps in other. With past X-overs each title issue kinda focussed on that title specifically while continuing the story, with this is jumping around a bit too much for my liking. I just don't feel like I'm getting a full story, but after reading one chapter I'm a bit ravenous for the next. Like eating pop rocks all tingling at the start then you need some more.
Character wise, Cyclops is being a d!@k and having a Messiah Complex of his own, and he's not the only one. Cable, Bishop ... even to an extent Mystique, each seem to be having their own personal Messiah Complex's. The most surprising omittances from this story is Beast (I know stuck in a med lab nursing boo-boo's), but I imagined him frothing at the mouth to get in on this, and Magneto (who apparently is still a mutant), but then again, he could still be digesting all the info from the writings of that Morlok precog that Skids gave him.
The "death" of Sinister, I'm leaning more towards a Rogue/Mystique team up, or a plot by Mystique in setting up Gambit, meaning that Sinister is still in the game. Interesting for Gambit if the latter happens to be.
