So does the Oscars still do In Memoriam segments? Because they'd have to absolutely have Gene Hackman in there now.

If not, Hackman might get his own special shoutout considering how prolific he was in the film industry.

Even Gene Siskel got his own special shoutout when he died a few weeks before the ceremony.

Yeah it's a snub but the bigger snub is RaMell Ross for Nickel Boys.

I would have gotten rid of Jacques Audiard and Mangold and put those two in.

And since Timmy won at the SAG Awards, Idk about Best Actor either.

This is going to be an interesting show on Sunday.

Also another thing he brought up, the voters might give Best Actor to Timmy just on the fact that there's still some resentment from the Academy voters towards Adrien Brody and his past history and behavior with being on set, plus he's already won Best Actor and that usually goes against someone trying to win it again.

And Timmy has the advantage of playing Bob Dylan, something most older voters know and care about.

I'm still going with Anora for Best Picture and Baker for Best Director. Conclave is a shoo-in for Best Adapted but I'm thinking The Brutalist might get Best Original Screenplay.
