A lot of people could probably be a good Alfred. I'm not too worried about the casting of the part, if there is an Alfred. I reckon there will be.

Almost any choice for Alfred would be great. From John Hurt to Timothy Dalton to Alan Rickman to Pierce Brosnan. Dalton has just always been my ideal Alfed(after Michael Caine).

normally I'd say they're both too tall (as great of a preference Caine give in the role, my only gripe was that he over towered Bale) but, with Affleck in the role, that probably wouldn't be a issue
