I saw the trailer for that film yesterday - and the first thing that popped in my head when I saw Ralph Fiennes was "Alfred Pennyworth"!
Good thing about him is that he could be simply made to look a bit older, but can also play younger in (fingers crossed) future movie flashbacks... also he's young enough to be able to play the character for the forseable future.
