I'm ecstatic about this new suit. I know some people here will miss the tasm suit, but this is a major improvement!

Also, looks like Spider-Man hung himself in those pics.

look at his shoulders/upper back, they're certainly bigger than they were.

Are people seriously complaining that the new suit is similar to the Raimi suit?

You people do realize that the Raimi suit is straight off the page, right? And since they want to make Spidey's suit more like the suit in the comics, it will obviously look similar.

Thus your argument is objectively ******ed.

So...the back spider symbol looks the same, there is no leg stripe, no shoes from the look of it and there's a "belt" now. So, basically, yes, they went with a more comics-oriented design but strayed far, far away from the first film's suit and stuck with a semi Raimi-inspired look with the webbing, chest symbol and texture of the suit.
