Because apparantly its funny to mention Wesman in everything as a running joke...

Nope, but it is funny to mention him when talking about silly posts or posts with silly things in them...like adding Rhino to the synopsis by your own volition.

A form of... taboo, if you will. :oldrazz:

Like... inc(w)est.

I was thinking more...

So now Edgar has been on the Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Stark Trek Into Darkness. Might pick up a few tips and ideas for Ant-Man.

Which I didn't...:whatever:. Just a faux pas, buddy.

lol. Wright is a far better director than either Abrams or Webb. If anything, he's the one giving the tips.

Well that's your opinion I guess.

Wright hasn't directed a big summer blockbuster movie yet so I can see him coming to the sets of STID and TASM2 for tips or so.

He knows how to make a well rounded, well put together, satisfying film. What kind of tips could he possibly need about directing a "big summer blockbuster"? From Marc Webb of all people? To add more explosions? Wright knows his way around action- Scott Pilgrim vs. The World has proven that.

Wright has said doing Scott Pilgrim gave him more experience with Special effects and action set pieces.

Wright directed a scene in the new Star Trek movie. I don't think there is anything wrong with him hanging out and picking up a few tricks and skills on a movie of this scale.

I hated "Scott Pilgrim" but Wright's other movies are good. I look forward to "Ant-Man" after seeing the teaser he made for Comic-Con.

Green Goblin being Flint Marko/Sandman played by Thomas Haden Church would indeed be a twist! Lol.

Yep, but, nada. Nothing. Peter seems clueless about Norman Osborn and even OsCorp until he walks into the building.

You probably think this is something to do with Webb's Spidey being in the MCU now, huh? Lol.

No

I'm talking more about scope/scale instead of story and visual elements. I'm sure he will be able to create something visually amazing and such but he hasn't worked on something as big as this with such a big fanbase following every step that happens in the production.

And yes you can say that Scott Pilgrim also has a huge fanbase, but nowhere near as big as a Marvel character has and certainly not now that almost every Marvel film so far has been a huge financial success.

Out of the 3, who's had a movie nominated for best picture? (Golden Globes)

Better yet, their FIRST movie nominated for Best Picture?
