Why are you still questioning if he's Rhino or not? Initial reports said he was in the movie, and said he was Rhino. He was then officially confirmed by Sony after official reports. Rhino is in (whatever depiction that may be).

I don't think Mary Jane should be covered from head to toe in thick clothes like a nun. I know that many, many people think MJ should just be a plain, normal girl but I always saw her as an attractive girl. Not someone who you would see buried in a book hidden in a corner if you went to your local libary. Thats how they seem to be presenting her. I hope she isn't just a waitress.

I never said she wasn't a waitress, that we just saw her leave the cafe, not actually working or really do anything with it. Plus, MJ doesn't strike me as the type of person to work at Walmart. I mean she's a teenager, not much you can do besides work behind a register somewhere or waiting tables. I'm just saying, I know there'll be people on the Internet saying "OMG, Raimi's MJ was a waitress too!" which she was, but there's nothing wrong with this MJ being one too, considering how typical a job it is for a teenage girl. Probably uses her looks and gets flirty to earn some tips or something.

And that cliche idea of a wannabe actress working as a waitress needs to go. If Webb didn't want the cliche nerd gimmick for Peter Parker, why not change up MJ?

She's a pretty teenage girl.
Where else is she going to work? Why does it matter if she's a waitress considering she's a teenager, choice of work is very limited. Plus, she's still in high school, while the MJ in Raimi's was a graduate, so this MJ isn't in pursuit of an acting career yet, so it isn't a cliche. Are you seriously gonna criticize the film and Marc Webb over this?

i just said this on the mj thread, but her being a waitress is canon? why not keep it, they kept peter and his photography.
