Yeah, which isn't green or yellow, so why would it be those colors if there isn't light for those colors to be absored by the white? White is every color, so it isn't going to just be green or yellow. Blue comes
from the darkness that surrounds the actual lightening bolt when it's released. It'll be stored all around Electro, very compactly, so that's why it'll give off a light blue. The oxygen in the air and the darkness of the night. During the day it might look a bit yellow, but not at night.
