Oscorp is a multi-billion dollar company. They can tie ANY villain in. The fact that they're rich gives them all the flexibility in the world.

Seems a little lazy, though. Story-wise.

No Mickey Mouse was singing showtunes with the Avengers. Hulk is now Yellow, Iron Man doesn't drink, Cap's a sex addict, Nic Fury is Asian, and no one still cares for Hawkeye.

What about Black Widow? How did her boob reduction surgery go? I heard the doctor in charge was sketchy at best.

After that TV spot, or whatever it was, that showed
Norman dies, the whole head in a jar thing made sense.
So this isn't really a surprise.

i don't get it. IF this youdonthavetotrustme dude is legit and saw the movie, then how did he not know that BJ novak is smythe?? he said he was donald. also i might be wrong but wasnt colms part revealed as well?

Colm Feore is Adrian Toomes (vulture does not appear but is hinted at in a scene). BJ Novak is Donald Menken.

Hahaha trust me he was joking.

Would be cool if they decide to film a new scene top secret, since this was leaked, and the after credit scene is Peter finding the symbiote and it consuming him. People would FREAAAAAK.

I really like this. I'm hoping they use the formula Peter helped Connors create to create the rest of his body. That will at least explain the green lol.

Wonder just how big of a nerd backlash this'll get? Could be something powerful. Unstoppable, mythical even.

The guy on Reddit never saw the movie, he was just saying things that he was told.

Just about everything he posted had already been revealed before the article was written. The Norman [BLACKOUT]head in a chamber scene[/BLACKOUT], the doc ock/vulture easter eggs, Harry becoming the Goblin, and so on.

Then he made up some details regarding Rhino and Colm Feore's character.

I don't like every villain being connected to Oscorp. It will get old and boring. It's like if Riddler, Strange, Death, Man-Bat, Scarecrow, Ivy, and Freeze worked for Wayne.

That's what I want.
Don't do a silvermaine and please don't turn him into Mysterio.

I DO NOT WANT THAT. I repeat I DO NOT WANT THAT. Keep him as the goblin seriously....

I don't want any of this! :waa:

Except the suit. and Emma. And Andrew. And Electro. And Rhino. Basically keep everything except the Osborn related stuff.

Me too. Did you notice all the green in the other chambers? And the 'G' written under the chamber numbers? Perhaps the whole floor is designated 'Level G' and pertains to Goblin stuff.

Does anyone know if the whole Ravencroft thing is still even in the film? Colm Feore and that one girl seem to be the only unrepresented aspects of this film so far lol

I think they've already recognize that and watch oscorp fall in the third

I don't have any problem with it. It's bizarre. It's creepy. But it also oozes all that crazy, going-to-great-lengths-to-achieve-his-goals, goodness that makes Norman who he is. I can't wait to see what they do with him.

It would appear he's to make his debut as GG in later films... but I still wonder whether they're actually planning to have 63-year-old Chris Cooper as a glider-riding supervillain. He's no Dafoe, who still had plenty of physicality. That makes me fear they're planning to do Hulk Goblin. Yuch. But let's see where they take it.

It's just a simple way to tie everything together without making certain things and events feel like some deus ex machinas or something
