I haven't read through all of the emails (because I haven't had the time or energy to plow through all of them, and I probably never will), but here's what I've heard about them:

Andrew Garfield was ditching some very important meetings with Sony and whatnot at the very last minute. He pretty much tainted his professional relationship with the company, and many people interpret that as him finding his way out of doing any more of these Spider-Man movies. He burned a bridge.

i'd take that more as simply not wanting to do it anymore after really trying his best, and sony screwing up the films over and over again

That was months ago when that thing about him ditching something so I thought something new came out in a email or something this thing we have know about for months.

I'm actually not that surprised. Alot of times these relationships which start on a film sets don't last that long anyway. I usually don't care about the celeb gossip stuff, but I wish Andrew and Emma both the best. They're still young ,and if its not meant to be , its not meant to be. I doubt either them will be single for long.

While I wouldn't say I am surprised even if it is true and not just because of want you said about relationships that start on the film set but just because so many people I know have had to deal with being cheated on. That's just the truth a lot of people cheat and the devoice rate is so darn high and even people that are not married tend to break up get back together or move on to someone else all the time.

AN additional side note: Dane was my favorite new addition to a 2014 Marvel related film for the 2014 films...I know some like some guy the Winter Soldier...some liked the Future Sentinel X-Fodder from DOFP (love the X-Films, but that's all the characters were...don't tell my fellow X-Boarder's I said that... )...but Harry...he was my favorite character, too bad we won't get to see this iteration of the character again...

I'm with you 100% there, Dane's portrayal of Harry was one of the best parts of the film to me. He sold every scene that he was in to me, I instantly bought that he and Peter were longtime friends. Really is a shame that we won't get to see him continue the character.

Have they made up? Who knows if the cheating thing is true in the first place but a lot of people break up date other people and then end up back together at some point in time. Ever one has there ups and downs.

Bravo to her... she literally hit the nail (or nails) on the head regarding the problems with this movie.

It was like a runaway train she could no longer stop at that point. She even admitted to having the wrong director and cast.

Technically TWS was introduced in TFA, not necessarily a new character. Unless he's referring to Falcon?

I don't think most of the main cast were the problems with the duology. How some of them played their roles perhaps, but I don't really think the casting itself was necessarily bad.

Really hate her typing style or whatever but kudos to her for realizing some of the movie's issues.

I used to defend Pascal all the time when people were ragging on she and Sony and was actually like the only one disappointed when she first stepped down, but I only did so because from the rumors going around, I was under the impression that she still had faith in the franchise and was fighting to keep Garfield onboard.

Apparently from this I was just basing everything off BS rumors though, lol

I feel bad for criticizing Pascal for being one of the problems with the franchise, when in reality she really wasn't happy with what we were getting all along.
