It could. Fast-paced overly-long movies are exhausting.

Over lizard's design, or over the fact that some people don't like the design? Because I'm trying to understand, but I just don't get what's so bad about the design! I think it's really great, and I would imagine the worst case scenario being that people think it's just good, not the best, but saying it's bad is something I don't get at all

Over his design. I mean, it fits with the Lizard they're going for. One who ISN'T a mindless monster. If we had a raptor-headed Lizard speaking articulately... ehh, I don't know, it'd look bad. I wasn't exactly happy with Bane and moreso, Catwoman's designs in TDKR, but I accepted them. TDKR's Bane has really grown on me.

But yeah, I agree. Damn, I hardly ever really physically facepalm, but when one of the negative screening reviews still stated that the lizard looks like a Goomba, I actually did... people tend to forget that there were Goombas that had snouts as well

Bane design has really grown on me too, but I'm still not sure about Catwoman... it's not bad, I'll manage, my only problem is that it doesn't look that practical while Nolan's universe is trying to be realistic

Actually neither Bane nor Catwoman do anything for me from a design standpoint (anne looks hot in a skintight anything of course), but then I wasnt crazy about Caps new duds in TA until I saw it within the context of the movie. The most important thing is the performance(s), and how the design reflects the movie's particular aesthetic.

I actually wanted more of an "upright komodo dragon" lizard early on, but Ive come full circle on this and realize a more "grounded", humanoid design makes better sense for this particular movie. Especially if hes talking.

Even more off-topic, but have you guys heard anything about the Guardians of the Galaxy? I read somewhere that Marvel has filed multiple trademark applications for merchandise related to the property.

This is kinda off topic but I have ask this. I recently got backing into reading comics on the regular. For the past few months I have been reading amazing and ulitmate spidey comics but someone told me today that Gwen became a lady of the night at one point and got knocked up my Green Goblin and had two of his kids. What the heck?? Is this true and how did that happen lol. That would be awful in that did that in this movie trilogy ha ha ha.

(Also no offense to any ladies here with my choice of words).

Ive recently been reading the last two years of ASM starting with #620, and I can assure you in the main 616 universe, Gwen is still quite dead and not a prostitute or Gobby's baby mama (and yeah, "****e" isnt the best word choice here). There have been a few clones of her over the years, but none of them were turning tricks to my knowledge. I think I remember Deadpool having some Stacy clones as servants or something, but dont think they lasted very long. I can't speak to earlier issues as I wasnt reading ASM until recently.

Actually I have to assume youre just kidding around as a quick Google search wouldve cleared this up. Where exactly did you hear such an outlandish rumor?

Check out the Gwen Stacy Wikipedia page for more details. Sounds like the writer regretted the whole thing and hoped they would retcon it out of continuity during the "One More Day" storyline.
