Fair enough. It would clutter up, and be a mess. But My question is why would you guys want a bunch of no names in the Movie world to be in The Avengers 2? I know the characters you want, where in the comics, but still. I'm fine with 2 or 3 new characters (That haven't been in their own movie) be in the sequel, but no more, IMO.

That's because the Avengers is multigenerational. The comic has fans from the 60's, 70's, 80's and so on. There's heroes and heroines that have risen and fallen in prominence over that time so you're going to have all kinds of fan favorites. It's not just about what's been cool the last 5 years. Understandably logistically you have to have limits in the numbers hoy introduce and it has to work within the story.

Meh. Fox is a non-starter, but I know there is some form of working relationship between Sony and the MCU.

I know that Silvestri pretty much has a lock on the main Avengers theme (and it's a good one) but part of me hopes that Bear McCreary will take over the A2 duties. Now that he's been announced as the SHIELD composer, I'm hoping it leads to some gigs in the big league.

Well Marvel wanted someone like Ronan, Ronan was interested in the part.

So it was a logical jump that she could have been cast.

I always liked the tagline from the first teaser: "Some Assembly Required"
It wouldn't work as a subtitle for the sequel, but I like how it sounds.
