Interesting insight from Hemsworth about the fact that they'd all be (and are) the leader in their own world. This dynamic is a bunch of alphas learning, in a sense, to put aside their egos and be followers as well so they can function as a team. Therein lies the conflict.

That just reminds me of another reason to love the MCU. These aren't just flat cartoon characters, but they have real characterization that rings true from their own franchises. And none of them can stay static--each new MCU film seems to force the characters to grow.
