Matt Fraction's Hawkeye is my favorite solo book so I'm thrilled with all the attention Hawkeye's getting now.

Considering that Hawkeye is the only Avenger from the first film who hasn't appeared (in any way) within the previous Phase 2 solo films, along with how he got the short end of the stick regarding his exposure and overall role in the first Avengers' film, it's great to hear that it seems like he's gotten his fair due in this film.

I'm honestly glad it seems to be taking forever to be released...because I don't want it to end.

It's easy to say that unless they're singing the praises of your favorite film. Me personally I trust the opinion of a few like Drew at Hitfix or Frosty at Collider.

I personally trust Frosty's opinion since his tastes seems to mirror mine the closest.

There IS an embargo on full reviews. You're allowed to say that if you liked or disliked the movie, on Twitter or whatever but you can't post full reviews.

According to AMC Movie News, Disney has informed the press that they can use social media to share their initial reactions/general impressions of the film, but not plot details. Full reviews are embargoed until later this month. (the 21st? 22nd? I can't recall.)

I love that these movies are getting more "weird" and "surreal" because that's what Marvel is all about. Some of their best stuff is described by those two words.

Hawkeye essentially being the driving force of this film is well deserved as Jeremy Renner is an incredibly good actor that has been underutilized up until now.
