I dont understand how Vision can die with no apparent physical injuries.

SW looks worst off then he is in the previews.

Vision is injured when they take him to the Avengers headquarters and also when he arrives in Wakanda. He is seen with his right arm close to his body. It looks like he get beaten badly by Corvus Glaive and Proxima Midnight and he is basically in a bad shape for the rest of the movie.

Also if the mind stone is giving him life then you have to wait until Thanos takes it out of him.

My guess is they are hiding Vision and Wanda is the last line of defense. That is why they are not present in the big charge against the outriders.

But then things don't go their way and Thanos/Black Order break through to Vision and Scarlet Witch. Cue Cap rushing to the rescue right as Thanos is reaching down to grab dat gem (and that is the scene from the trailer).

OR Vision feels he cannot just sit by while people die to protect him and joins the fray only to get beat down by Thanos.

He is injured though. May look fine on the outside but it seems that he is in trouble on the inside because of the way he is walking around with the help of other people.

Well, Proxima's spear not just an ordinary weapon, so Vision's damage level could be changed to worse.
Also, maybe other stones could make it all harder.

He probably feels weaker as he senses Thanos approaching... hence the line "We... are... out of time.".

To be quite honest, Black Panther is so far above Thor: Ragnarok in nearly every aspect of filmmaking that I'd find anyone who thinks the latter is better almost questionable.

Thor: Ragnarok is just a fun time. Panther is a great film. To this day I don't quite understand if Thor himself had an arc in it beyond 'he got new lightning powers'.

I do think Black Panther is better than Thor: Ragnarok, but I find anyone who thinks BP is "so far above" Ragnarok almost questionable.

One of the main complaints about Black Panther from even people who liked the film is that they don't think T'challa had an arc. He most certainly did, but so did Thor. Both arcs are pretty freakin' clear as day.

I'm not going to keep discussing that topic, I've said all I'm going to say on the matter.

You all should've caught me back in my earlier days on the Hype, I'd argue for 6-7 pages but I just don't have the patience or interest anymore unless it's a battle thread.

Lol it really does, I'm good for about 3 or 4 responses nowdays 5 at the most (outside of the battle threads).

My patience has waned greatly, even those battle threads are taking a lot out me. From now on I'm just gonna create the battles and vote, I won't be doing too much discussing anymore.

I am the same way though not "Old", I just don't have the patience to continue going back and forth. You will rarely seem me type more than two paragraphs on forums.
