And we're seeing what's basically the same attitude from fans of what's ostensibly the same franchise.

These movies are largely about passing the torch anyway, or so it seems.

I'm confident that it will be handled well. The phase 1 characters will get their big moments, whether it's going out in a blaze of glory, or whatever it is.

But characters like Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, etc., they are going to be moving to the forefront.

I stopped and looked closely at this scene a couple of times and it looks to me that like Hulk might be looking at someone under him... He then seems to go from sad to very angry in a fraction of a second.

I'm not sure I'm seeing the sadness you're seeing.

But it is neat to finally know we'll be getting some Hulk action early on, though I'm not sure there was any real doubt.

His CG is also looking real good there. Crazy that that's only the 2nd shot we've seen him in.

Which is a bit of a shame. I mean, I still remember 2012 with The Avengers and TDKR and 2013 before Man of Steel (and for some people, even after Man of Steel), you coudn't go and say you thought a Marvel movie was better than a DC film because DC were the "prestigious" ones.

With great movies comes great fanboyism.

Cap, Iron Man, Spiderman, FINALLY Thor, and Black Panther all have had at least one genre defining movie. That leads to these movies taking on a very personal feel. And everyone wants there hero to be the best.

People get upset that Stark might not be the smartest, some are upset that Cap can beat Spiderman, others are upset Thor isn't the strongest one there is, and still others want Black Panther(my group) to be the new face of the MCU.

It's fun until it gets a little ugly with calls of racism or sjw accusations.

Vision could be in a lot of pain without even being in any physical danger if they adopt the books premise of stones wanting to be together.
If Thanos shows up with two (or more?) in Wakanda, that can seriously affect Vision and his mental state.
I think it was Hickman's Avengers where it was said that the Illuminati can easily find the stone Charles lost if they put the rest of them together.

I think this is a very plausible explanation, because despite the fact that Vision is one of the most powerful Avenger, it seems like in just about every scene he was shown in pain or injured, even though he appears to be normal on the outside. His Mind Stone is probably reacting to the proximity of other Infinity Stones which rendered him helpless and unable to fend for himself.
