Sunday for me as well. Which is ok as the weekends go by quickly but the weekdays, especially next weeks weekdays, are ass.

There's no Internet booking where you live? I'm used to being able to sit at home and pick the exact seat I want.

I want to see it on May 4th but its going to be a mad-house all weekend for sure. I'm leaning towards seeing it during the week in the middle of the day (to cut down on craziness) and then again later where I can see it in the evening.

The majority of American theaters don't have assigned seating. So for an event movie like this, even if you got your tickets months in advance, you'd still have wait a while in line before the show if you want to ensure yourself a good seat.

Just came back from seeing the movie, and all i will say to those who have to wait until next week is that you're all in for a hell of a treat. This movie rocks! Will definitely watch it at least a couple of times, but next week. The crowds were insane today, and i get the feeling it will get worse for the weekend because we have a holiday here monday.

Ain't that the truth like grabbing a bite to eat. Can't tell you the times I've not had time to eat before a movie. My local Carmike charges $5 for a small drink, and over $10 for a large popcorn! One person can spend around $20 on concessions just for a drink and popcorn. It is ridiculous. So its eat before movie or get robbed by the theater on concessions. Usually I choose starvation lol.

I was lucky enough to get a reserved seated ticket right in the middle of my theater for IMAX 3D t:
i was surprised that my theater was holding reserved seating for midnight avengers
