It's strange. I was thinking the other day how could it would be if we had some older actors who played the roles guys now are playing. Like Dean Cain in a Henry Superman film and doing a cameo. Or Adam West during a cameo for a Batfleck film. Or John Wesley Shipp doing a cameo in the Flash show.

Then this happens.

Hope he's Jay.

Fantastic news about Shipp! Can't wait. I was really hoping he'd get a role.

As far as his role, I expect that he'll be Jay Garrick, the original Flash. Though, regardless of whom his character is, he'll probably have deep rooted ties to Barry's fatherand Eddie Thawne, as well as what occured to give Thawne his super speed. That is, if Thawne is the one who killex Barry's dad.

Wait a minute... now this show has got my attention. And I agree with those who think he's playing Jay Garrick. That was the first thing that popped in my head upon his casting. Awesome news, which made my day.
