This, time to make a forum for this show. We just had all the marvel netflix shows get forums. This show needs one too.

Flash's suit isn't just regular cloth right, it's Sci Fi'd out.

To be fair, the Marvel Netflix shows have been officially ordered to series. Flash, on the other hand, hasn't. It's merely been ordered to pilot (lots of shows have pilots that don't get picked up, like the 2011 WW pilot for example). Now, I think that Flash will almost certainly get picked up for a series, but perhaps it's best to wait for officially confirmation of that before giving it it's own forum.

Well Barry made Oliver's mask, so he could have probably just made this costume himself.

I would think that he can make a costume he is a scientist and he would have a better understanding of what materials would be needed for the costume since he would know his powers best anyway.
