I remember coming to this thread hours ago and seeing the official pic, now I come back and there's all of these close-ups of the costume. Where are these coming from? Are they still filming?

From what I'm aware they released the promo pic because they were filming today in the suit for the first time.

Can't we just be happy we are getting a Flash show where he is called the Flash and dresses like the Flash. It's a good costume for a TV show, when you look at it you instantly know that's the Flash, stop complaining just because it's not exactly what you wanted.

We all have our roles to play in the grand scheme of things. Me, I look at things rationally and choose not to immediately jump on hate bandwagons.

You? Well, you insist on being annoyingly observant of my actions and make a scene every time I whip out even the slightest defense of these shows.

I look at arrow in the beginning stages and how most were complaining about Oliver having a family and other superficial things, such as not having the goatee.

Some people like to complain without actually seeing it executed. Set pictures are never flattering. I think the only ones that were, were for MOS but then I read they basically staged the "candid" shots and released them as if a regular person took it.

Materials and design look fine to me, and Gustin looks great in the the cowl, which looks near perfect (to the New 52 design, my personal favorite).

I just hope the color translates well.

It seems like the reactions here have done a complete 180. When the promo pic was released everyone was in love, but now the set pics seem to be putting a bad taste in everyone's mouth. I think the suit looks awesome. This is 100% THE FLASH.

I love it. It'sprobably the chin strap and awesome ears... I think it's bettter than the JWS suit. It's pretty much what I thought it would be like, but darker.

Tried to make it look a little more form fitting, but got bored along the way. I'm not that good anyway. But still...

I'm sure the costume will look better in the show, after post production. Of course stuff like the inside of the logo being red and other design choices some of you don't like will still be there, but...

What you did makes it look immediately better times 100.

For a non-cable TV show, this is a good costume. Of course tweaks could improve it, but it's not terrible. It looks like how Flash is suppose to look overall. Arrow's costume isn't perfect either but it works overall.

Same way I feel about it. It looks good....for a TV show. Same as the arrow suit. But I definitely appreciate that they didnt try to shy away from making it look like a superhero outfit

Well said people don't get this at all, see below.

So sick of that..."different" isn't bad for fans of the comics or people like me, either, bad is bad. The design looks bad - it does not look as good as the one from the comics.

Bad is bad you make it sound as if everything you say is fact. "Well I don't like the costume for the show, it looks bad." So therefor because you say it's bad it can't look good to others? What a shocker that your in here complaining about something as usual for pages on end. Must be fun.

I'm surprised his pants have so much leather. I like the upper part of the costume more than the lower. Interested in seeing how well he can turn his head.

Don't like the color. I think Afffleck's Daredevil suit might've been brighter. Maybe it would've looked better if they used the same red around his emblem.

Yeah I hear ya I should do the same. Cause you have people like Kevin Smith who love to cry for pages. Non stop overreacting and pretty much repeating himself to death. We get it KS, you hate mostly everything haha.
