Lee Pace would rock the role of Bruce Wayne and Batman. The guy is criminally underused and anyone who's watched The Fall knows this guy is the real deal.

A great talent who would hand in an incredibly honest and strong performance.

Yep, I've been a supporter of this one for a while.

I know the Spirit was awful but he's pretty good on Suits. He definitely has the look.

Ha, Gabriel Macht was once my pick for Captain America - quite the far cry from Bruce Wayne. But he's played darker roles since then, so I could see it. I agree he's much better than The Spirit let on.

Charlie Hunnam

Fantastic British actor with an impeccable American accent (see Sons of Anarchy). He's 32 years old, stands at 6'1", and is starring in Warner Brothers' upcoming blockbuster Pacific Rim. If that movie turns out to be a huge success, I imagine he'll end up on their radar for the next Batman.

I wouldn't second guess him being cast if he were but I feel there are other roles better suited to him in the comic world, and others more suited to play Batman than he.

Like, not the first cast either. I also feel like when women tell me the find him attractive they're just f***ing with me. Paint probably bores itself by watching Matthew Fox dry.

Are we just drawing names out of a hat here? The only reasoning we're getting is that either the actor looks like Bruce Wayne or can do a passable accent. Body of work, take it into account.

I hated his performance in Watchmen, so I'm not sure about that one.

He auditioned for Man of Steel, not sure how far that went.


What would make him good for Batman?
