If Bentley gets the role, I'm sure we all know from where the batmobile will come :woot:

I do like elements from that one car but in general I'm not a fan at all. I did a quick fix so forgive me for not taking the time to cut the back tire perfectly or for not correcting the lousy shadow. IMO this version would make a PERFECT Batmobile.

nice design, but it's too bulky on the bottom for me, strays too much into the burton territory with the way the wheels were moved forward, and the compactness is a bit too tumblerish for my taste, I feel like the changes take away a lot of the uniqueness that I loved about the design, I think the solution to improving the design is at the front of the car rather than under it or at the back of it, something to make it look like it wouldn't break should it ram another vehicle.

I'd love to see a batmobile like this, or based off this.. Just add a rear thruster, fins, and add to the front end..

It has the sleekness of the more 'traditional' batmobiles, but also looks like it easily climb over things and maneuver like the tumbler.

The sports car epitomizes one of the most original concepts I have ever seen.

The original design looks appealing and the artist deserves a metal for designing that. IMO the problem with the original design is it focuses much more on style than anything else. I think a Batmobile should have SOME style but it should also look practical. The bulk of the Tumbler and the Keaton Batmobile gave the vehicles a powerful and intimidating look. To me, the original design doesn't look convincing as a combat vehicle nor does it look like a representation of Batman. It's too much on the sci fi/futuristic side.

Mister Meddle this is awesome!!!! Nice work!!!

Thanks!

this is true. but I think it's possible to alter the design without stripping away its most unique elements

I tried messing with the front end.. Don't really like it too much yet. The fins were easier to imagine on the sides than the front.

I was thinking something like this for the sides, in combination with a sharper, more durable looking front for the middle section.

I combined KillerMcQueen's and Mister Meddle's designs.. The 2nd one I rose the bottom up even higher...

Tried the front end again, using that one Lamborghini front end, and tried to make KillerMcQueen's pointy front sides..

nice job combining mine and Meddle's design ideas, and nice job on the front end, love the second image you posted with the side views.

WOW I'm actually digging this design quite a bit, or rather what you guys have done with it. I would love to see something close to this in the film.

Thanks! I been working on these here at work.... when I should be working on other things.. hahaha

That looks great Batmun! It looks like it could also work as a submarine.

I like how you shortened the ridiculously elongated body of the car. It's like Batman has an inferiority complex and wants to show that in the batmobile. :whatever:
I did a few tweaks a bit.

cool design changes ...i like them...just another idea if you put the fins on the back wheels instead coming out of the back, (more like the burtonmobile) also maybe covering some of the tires. just to see how it would look like;-)
