Good to hear. Of the big three coming out on Dec 21st, I would be surprised if this gets the better reviews.

There isn't one right way to do things with Transformers... They use G1, then Beast Wars/Animated/etc fans whine.... and vice versa... Let them go the way they want. if you don't like it then don't watch it.

I won't, much like the audience for last two movies.

None of what you said applies to how they've converted Starscream to Blitzwing. If they want to use Blitzwing...use Blitzwing and make him Blitzwing.

Trailer came up before Mission Impossible -Fallout, I'm not that familiar with Transformers franchise so honestly the first few seconds I thought I was maybe watching a new Herbie the Love Bug film, I even thought that's a cool update, he becomes a robot now...?

Still hugely, hugely looking forward to this. Pretty much everything I've heard and seen from it is great. I love the designs, the vehicles, the tone, everything. Shatter and Dropkick are gorgeous designs. I truly think we're all in for a treat come December.

Also, I'm supportive of the whole Blitzwing thing. In this universe Blitzwing happens to be a Seeker. It's not really that hard of a concept to grasp, I think people are overthinking it. And there were plenty of Starscream lookalikes in the G1 cartoon (including red ones). I'm sure he'll feel distinct in the final movie, we haven't even seen his full design yet.

Heck no. Disney is practically (maybe literally) running a monopoly at this point. Plus they've already shot Star Wars and Guardians in the foot (two of my other favorite franchises). One of the reasons I'm looking forward to this movie is because I don't have to give any more money to Disney. Keep Transformers (and Star Trek) as far away from them as possible.
