It seems like there might have been some kind of rights jockeying going on. It's not just QS being in two movies, but SW being left out of much of the early concept art for Civil War (to the point that some people were just expecting her to die too). Whether they've cleared this issue up or not, I don't know.

Quicksilver was announced for Days of Future Past after Marvel had already announced him for AoU, so I don't know what was going on there, except that both studios seemed to want to claim him and now Fox has him pretty much exclusively.

I think that the deal they made was for Disney to kill their version of Quicksilver and let Fox have exclusive use of their version. In exchange, Fox would never introduce their version of Scarlet Witch and let the Marvel one be the only one.

1. How long were Cap's team in The Raft before Cap broke them out?
2. How does Hawkeye's fight with Vision at the Avengers compound break out? What does Hawkeye say when he shows up?
3. Is Tony Stark legally responsible for what Ultron did?

Ok I have a question!!!! Who threw that damn bus @ Black Panther and Vision?!?!! I was cracking up watching that TV spot!

I've asked this before and wasn't sure if it got answered (haven't found any responses to it) so I hope someone doesn't mind answering this question:

Before the Avengers split up into two different Factions, does the film at least give people the impression that the New Avengers do more than simply respond to Hydra/Alien threats?

I've actually brought up this issue in the "Agents of SHIELD" thread as well, but I feel like the Television Universe inadvertently/unintentionally undermines the effectiveness of the Avengers where it doesn't feel like the Avengers do much for the world outside of the threats seen in the films.

Well that and given on how the Netflix and Television shows have established that there are constant worldwide threats going on in the MCU, some of which are very public, it would have been nice to throw in a line or two that the Avengers do deal with some of this stuff on their own time as well.

The Avengers are only summoned when they're needed. Basically when the threat is big enough.

Some people interpreted this as a suggestion that the twins always had latent superhuman powers and Wanda was unconsciously keeping it from exploding. Since much of AoU is probably not going to be referred to again, I doubt this will ever really be explained, but that's the headcanon.

That was my theory as well. They both already had powers. The expiriments just brough them out fully.

And all three are out now?

What does the movie end on?

I've been hearing a lot of people say Alfie's character is the one from Luke Cage, can I get a confirmation?

It isn't. They're two separate characters and Alfie was cast in Luke Cage after she shot this. I believe Entertainment Weekly clarified that one.

Is this the YouTube video costume?

^No, that's from a long time ago.

You've already seen it. In the trailer.

Did any of them go to prison?

during the airport brawl cap's team sacrafices themselves as distrations in order to buy time for Bucky and Steve to get to the quinjet and leave, and they're arrested. and freed at the end of the film

not long, its not much of a fight.. hawkeye traps vision with a laster field arrow thing.. and vision breaks out... this is when wanda uses her telekenisis to push him several hundred feet into the Earth.

legally is a big word... the avengers as a whole are responsible for sakovia while tony blames himself for ultron. but he's not in trouble over it.. but it's why the accords are made.

What does the movie end on?

all 4 yes

read back a few pages.. it was fairly recently talked about..

Movie ends with Tony, Vision and Rhodey at the compound, Tony is helping Rhodey learn to walk on his braces, Stan lee pops up as a Fedex guy, gives a box to Tony, it's a letter from Steve.. talking about whenever he needs them, the avengers will be there... and then shows knocked out guards at the raft, and cap approaching the cells.

Where the hell are you getting this from? Hahaha

Does Spidey have any direct dialogue with Cap?
