The Clinton Thread II - Part 3

No wonder they went with the fake assassination story. Jesus, imagine if these people win?

Oh thank god, Hilary correctly identified Lebron James as a basketball player. The rest of the speech should go smoothly after that.

FBI Dir just informed us "Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Sec Clinton"

I bet Chaffetz had to tweet that one grudgingly.

BTW I'm sure I read that one of the anti-Trump PACs has reported Chaffetz for using a private server. If I remember its because he has a gmail address on his official business cards. :woot:

The damage has already been done. Comey is going to get his ass handed to him if Hillary becomes President. "You're going to be working in Alaska, so dress warm" :funny:

I think its hard to say, if he knew for certain that a leak was imminent from the Pro-Trump FBI Rebels then he might have felt that it was better that it came from him than it was leaked in a more damaging way. Of course that does not excuse the vagueness of this letter which exacerbated the situation. If the rumours are true the existence of the e-mails was known about by people in the FBI for as much as three weeks before Comey (who reported their existence the next day) was told about them. Ghouliani knew about them before Comey did. Someone sat on them as long as possible in order to cause damage to Clinton.

If Clinton realises the situation then she might be a bit forgiving (Trump would have his replacement picked already), but I would expect that she will sit down with him and tell him he needs to get his house in order, and flat out ask him if he believes that he can do it or she if she needs to look for someone who can.

Am I the only one who cringes at the fact that the people running this country are all on twitter? I mean these handles alone like "@jasoninthehouse"... Ugh.

Comey's manipulation did more to help the Republicans keep the House of Representatives and improved their chances of holding the Senate. Clinton had a 6 to 7 point popular vote lead in the aggregate that only got knocked down a point or two (if it's like 2008 and 2012, she'll outperform.) Good thing it wasn't close before.

Any way this goes, Comey needs to either step down or be fired, and there needs to be a major investigation into the Bureau. Of course, there probably won't be, since the Republicans in congress now owe the FBI a major favor.

People need to go to prison over this.

Yeah from what I remember they knew about Weiner's computer for weeks or longer and waited to the opportune time after the debates to manipulate the news. People including the director should be out of a job.

Old people trying to be techno-hip is always cringe.

Isn't that more an adjective usage the a noun?

So now we know why the Clinton camp pre-emptively warned about the next Wikileaks as being "fake". They are concerned FBI agents going rogue post Comey.

Word on the street is Clinton has a list of the dissenting FBI agents. If she wins, they are in for a world of hurt.

Maybe these rogue FBI agents and NYPD officers will "commit suicide" with 10 shots to the back of the head :funny:

Word on the street like when she was just hours away from being arrested by the FBI ? Or that the emails the FBI found on Weiner's computer where the infamous 30K+ deleted emails and not duplicate of emails that they had already review ? That word on the street ?

Hillary's emails would literally have to say this for it to be a close call.

All of those things could be true. If anything, one explains the other.

Using cringe as a noun is cringe :o

This.

Isn't that more an adjective usage the a noun?

The adjective would be "cringe-worthy". It sounds ridiculous to say something is cringe.

It's not a noun anyway. It's a verb. The verb "to cringe".

It's like saying something is break (instead of broken). That sounds ridiculous (or "ridicule" as some people here would probably say). :o

I never said anything about her being hours away from being arrested by FBI. I said a doubtful writer was talking about it, who might be full of ****.

But I do stand by the deleted email.

That's bold.

In any case you reported something that was an outrageous lie. I don't care if the lie came from you or someone else, I don't care if you used the word "allegedly" to cover your ***. In this case you have been instrumental in spreading alt-right ********.

So now when you report more **** using wording like "word on the street" I take it with a HUGE grain of salt.
That's the problem with crying wolf so many times. In the end it waters down a legitimate cry.

It is common practice. State something might be coming out to hype it, but to avoid blame act like you aren't sure if it is real or not. It is the Republican way.

Today we learned Hillary allowed a MAID with no clearance, access to classified information. Including the Presidential DAILY Briefing. You pull that **** as anyone else, your ass is going to jail. Is it so shocking what Comey did today? It's not like he was the head of the coup. That was well established.

Who honestly thinks they reviewed all 650,000 in a week?

Media Matters - Conservatives Run With NY Post Story About Maid Printing Clinton's Emails, Botch Classification History
BRENNAN SUEN

The New York Post published a front page report alleging that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton “routinely asked her maid to print out sensitive government e-mails and documents -- including ones containing classified information,” but ignored the fact the emails in question were classified years after the fact. The report cited only two classified emails, both of which were retroactively classified at the lowest level of classification, a practice which is consistent with past State Department actions. Additionally, in both confidential emails Clinton did not request that her maid print the emails. The author of the report has a history of inaccurate reporting when it comes to Clinton’s emails.
