Snyder wasn't in almost every single promotion or photos. There's a difference. There's been a few photos released for Gunn's Superman so far, but the majority of them show Gunn directing. Not trying to get in an argument...just saying. I'm not expecting that to ruin the film, and I don't expect Gunn to appear in his own movie. In contrast though, I felt like Snyder's films marketing were more about his vision and the characters, Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, rather than about Snyder himself.

That being said, I'd much rather see and hear more Corenswet than Gunn. His interview last week was a step in the right direction.

Sometimes it seems like people decide to forget common knowledge about everything movies so that they can have something "new" to complain about.

That, or it's a symptom of this weird "the brand and corporate over everything" attitude that fans seem to have taken on (, where they are disturbed by the presence of the very filmmakers of the movie...

Shocked?? Many people have stated this about Gunn. Snyder posted or shared many photos from his movies, but didn't always show himself in them 24/7. The behind the scenes photos were obviously taken by others and published by WB or magazines etc.
