Sub-Zero said:i read somewhere that she actually didn't quit acting, and she and the rest of the begins cast are coming back for tdk.
Q. Thanks Clint for all your SD comic con scoop.
Your news about Katie Holmes back for the Batman sequel is leaning on the truth because I thought that she's quitting acting but the news today says watching MSNBC Hollywood News, Extra and ET-Insider that Katie is making a movie comeback with her meeting CAA agents and a couple of directors getting to choose whatever scripts she's interested. Im glad to know that she's not giving up her career because I liked her work in Batman, Pieces of April and The Gift (you're the man, Sam Raimi) and even Thank you for Smoking. But I hope this Heath Ledger news is a joke because Im not laughing about this. - Bob
Costume Change?
Author: Jett
Friday, August 11, 2006 - 9:57 AM CENTRAL TIME: Got this in a few days ago, and after verifying this insider does what he says he does, I decided to post it for all you BOFers --
Greetings BOF! Love the site!
I thought this bit of news may be of interest to you and your readers. I work in the UK...and would be considered as being part of the crew' [on a film]. What Ive heard rumoured is that the new Batman costume may be altered a bit. The appearance will not change dramatically, but will be lighter and sleeker than the one in Batman Begins. It may also be constructed to look more like heavyweight fabric and armour than rubber. I shall let you know if I hear more.
If you use this, call me '007.'
Hmm. Interesting. While I loved the BEGINS costume, I could go for a few sublte changes... It looks like Chris Nolan is already lining up his project after THE DARK KNIGHT. According to IESB.NET, Nolan is looking to helm a film based on the classic British TV show THE PRISONER...

I'm really not sure about Phillipe, for some reason I feel like he'll be written differently.
Batman said:Why? Two-Face was Harvey Dent, a good looking, young DA making a name for himself. Phillipe can, I would hope, stretch himself to that. He isn't my first choice. I've always said it since the rumor was reported. But he is a great actor nonetheless. And if he IS cast, I would be willing to give him a chance with the character.

No. It isn't official, even if it's appearing to look that way. Just because IMDB is reporting it's true doesn't mean in the least that it is. The sites news and other sections of films, is notorious for false information. One of the privileges it has is that people are able to edit any page they choose. Mainly if you are registered to the site. The Spirit said:Batman, I couldn't agree more. That's exactly how I feel. I'd give him a chance if he was really dedicated to the role.![]()
So is it official that he's Dent?

Didn't BOF report not to expect any news around Comic-Con time? Then a few days later, what do you know, LR reports the biggest casting news this film had?![]()
