What if the masked man jumping out of the window is Dent???
And this hospital scene is a flashback of his escape from Gotham General before it blew up.
Therefor, explaining how Dent escaped the hospital before it blew up and the mysterious murdered cops Gordon refers to at the end of TDK.- Which Nolan did say he would clarify when asked about on the Blu-Ray TDK forum

Yeah, I thought about the height issue. But that could just be due to the the specific dimensions of the room.
Or I'm just completely wrong

idk i looked pretty hard at the suit. thought the right had some burns like TDK did so its possible

Most likely a prop and part of the scene.
I wonder what sort of crime happens in Gotham General that needs caution tape in the lobby of the hospital?

Looks like Nolan... Hope for a huge revelation on that Expo, the logo and the new ride will be nice to see!

Me and a friend were talking about that. I live in a town with one Hospital, and something like what happened in TDK.....they would probably have some kind of emergency plan. I have a feeling either this is a new building that the hospital just moved into, that or they did make it with extreme priority. Because with such importance of a hospital, you know the government and others would probably step into to ensure it was built as quickly as possible. And in the mean time I figure they had to have moved all the Gotham patients into a new ward, even if it was a building for something else that they took over for the time being. That and Gordon did say there was multiple hospitals in Gotham (which is no surprise for how big of a city it is) that I'm sure they may have moved into another hospital as well.
