I'm sensing WE going to court over getting an audit, to clean image (to hide Batman spending), Fox brings in Tate to push Bruce into more philanthropic endeavors.

Possible although I would very much prefer it if Bruce starts his philanthropic efforts because he wants to continue his father's legacy.

Are you serious?

Rachel didn't work at Wayne Ent. She was his love interest.

Those two European models didn't work at Wayne Ent.

First, Rachel was introduced as being a long-time friend of Bruce. You see flashbacks of her with Bruce when they were younger. You could see that there was a relationship between those 2. But now, you come up with a character that has an unknown historic in the 2 past batman films and we would just follow the path of Selina and there would be a "link" between her and Bruce ? I'm sure there are ways to introduce her and that was the goal of the intervention , to ask you how would you approach the character ...

And for the 2 Europeans models didn't had big roles in the film and we were able to know that they were just hot chicks he was going out with...

Batman and Catwoman's relationship has been the same for very near decades.

There's an attraction, a dangerous one. Almost upon their first meeting.

They get more and more involved, both in and out of costume.

That's ALL you need.

If you need this shown to you, watch the first Catwoman episodes of Batman: The Animated Series.
