I think we might have to wait a while for Catwoman, i mean she's not even announced yet officially (only Selina).

We are all just specualing like we were that Harvey would become Two face. While i have no doubt we'll see Catwoman i think she'll be revealed much much later.

While I agree that we won't be seeing her for a while, to continually point out that they never "officially" announced that she would be taking on the alter-ego is just kind of dumb as even Hathaway has mentioned Catwoman, as has Oldman, as has Wally Pfister. Please for love of Bob Kane please stop.

For the love of Bill Finger...

WB and Nolan may not have come out and said if (If thats your definition of official)... but Anne made it perfectly clear.

I did also say i have no doubt we'll see her. What i'm saying is we'll have her in the film, but as far as the press release goes it does not mention her, We've just seen bane, we are not going to see Catwoman any time soon.

Least thats my opinion. and lets bear in mind thats just what it is.:yay:

Touching back on the debate of the Bane pic and if one would be able to tell it was Bane if they knew no Batman. A friend at work who is into movies, but not so much. I showed him the pic and just smiled. He looked up and said, "Ah sweet! Bane!"

So maybe one can tell. Or he knows I'm a huge Bat-Fan and figured "what else could it be".

The most shocking thing about Catwoman so far are the absurd amount of people misspelling Selina for Selena and not just on here either. Has anyone else noticed this and gotten annoyed everytime you see it misspelled?

If I remember correctly, Bale has both in BB and TDK been credited as just "Bruce Wayne" in the end credits right?

No, because spelling doesn't matter when you'll be watching a movie.

I would be more bothered if they spelled it Dogwoman

Anyone hear any confirmation or information on these rumors of an explosion in Craydon (sp) tonight? I've seen it mentioned a few times anything more??

No. They're the photos of Oldman at the airport.

The casting of that young girl has got me thinking.

BB had no mention of children (I think), if anything James was a baby.
TDK had James as about a six or seven year old and Barbara appears to be in the background, as a baby.
TDKR has cast a young girl, who appears to be six or seven - at least could pass/play - and one can speculate that she is Babs.

I seem to remember some of us stratching our heads, trying to put a timeline together, in terms of how many years have passed between BB and TDK. Some argued that James being older was just a mis-step on Nolan's part and should be over looked, hence BB to TDK was just a few years apart.

Hurm. Now is said young lady is Babs, I don't think the timeline is a mistake - if any - and Nolan has intended - from the start - to make these movies appear to take place over the course of 8 - 12 years. Makes more since, considering one doesn't establish himself as The Dark Knight of Gotham City over the course of three years.

I'm not trying to start a debate or flame war, just thinking out loud. Obviously, this is open for discussion, just don't want people to teh troll and act a fool over my random ass post/thought.

I was actually thinking that the girl is either a young Talia (since we know there will be young Raz, we might see how his wife died and what he did with their daughter), or a young Selina. Which is really what I'm hoping for. I'd love to see some of her as an orphan before hand.

This is 95% fake (saw it in the TDKR facebook page), but I thought I'd post it to keep us occupied (and whining:woot:). Here goes:

someone claiming to have read the script posted this

After emerging from a scorching pit of fire with minor scars and no apparent expression of pain, a man known only as Dorrance is recruited into the League of Shadows under the guidance of Ra's Al Ghul, where he is reincarnated into an intellectual and muscular adversary known as Bane.

Selina Kyle is Bruce Waynes new squeeze, However she is secretly lusting for the Batman, Totally unaware that both are infact the same person. Anne Hathaway spends the majority of TDKR as Selina Kyle, Only near the end of the third act do we see her take on the persona of Catwoman. She sets off to rescue a badly broken Batman, However in TDKR cats do not have nine lives, Which for her proves to be a deadly consequence.

Other Information:

- Gotham City SWAT successfully corner the Batman, Only for Jim Gordon to aide his escape.

- The League of Shadows reform into the League of Assassins with the intent to assassinate the Batman.

- Detective John Blake is infact a double agent, Sent by the League of Assassins who believe Gordon can lead them to the Batman who has not been seen for months.

- Ra's Al Ghul was never really Ra's Al Ghul, He was simply a deception known as The Sensei. Ra's Al Ghul was merely a symbol, thus becoming indestructable and immortal. (A silly Nolan thing).

- Bane suffers from Hereditary Sensory Autonomic Neuropathy. Which basically explains his resistence to pain. Again Nolan is using his 'Im so intelligent' shtick.

One more:
If you are asking is Miranda Tate infact Talia, then the answer is no. Ra's Al Ghul in Nolans world didnt actually exist, It was explained pretty well in Batman Begins. A follow up explanation is included in TDKR.

What doe he mean by that Ra's Al ghul didn't exist? Of course he did. Then who would was the freaking main villian in Batman Begins!

I guess he means it wasn't a name, but a title.
