I really really want to like Reynolds in this but so far I'm not feeling it. I'm hoping that the story itself will compensate but I originally wanted Bradley Cooper for Hal.

The latest GL trailer with Tomar-Re narrating was awesome.

I would have preferred Cooper as well, but it seems he's lined up for either The Crow or The Flash now. Reynolds will be fine, the rest of the spectacle and cast will help him.

Really? To me, it just looks like more of the same: heavy CGI/wacky alien movie/Thor/Van Wilder. It's like all the horrible movies I've seen rolled into one.

The guy blew up a real-life full-scale stand-in for Gotham General. He won't be doing CGI explosions.

That's why you're not Chris Nolan. And I can't post the side. Because it is an actual script piece. I don't think I should. All I can say is... It's a mother giving her life to save her daughter. And the way the dialogue is written points 100 percent to it being Ras al Ghul's wife.
