If Reeves ever touches the bat family in any capacity, I’d be happy with Dick and Babs. But at this point, I feel he’ll just focus on Bruce alone though. I don’t expect him to go crazy in that regard.

But this DCU stuff, you cannot hold back. If you’re doing two Batmen at the same time, you let reeves cook up his stuff and the other one needs to literally be the guy jumping off the comic book panels, completely unapologetically. I want just about all of them if they’re serious about this 10 year plan. Even Damien, that little pissant.

I would love the main esthetic for the DCU/BCU to be Dan Mora art but live action somehow.

So it’s being teased that Wonder Woman is part of the new slate. So perhaps Gal actually stays as Wonder Woman? I’d prefer she be recast for the new universe but I don’t mind Gal staying provided they find a director like Jenkins that’s able to work through her weaknesses as an actrsss

If they're not going to be making traditional solo Batman movies that explore the whole story of Robin's origin and all that then I am all about jumping straight to Damien and having Dick around as Nightwing somewhere. Could he be really annoying on screen? Sure, that's a risk, but with the right actor he would be hilarious and awesome.

All this teasing of a Dick Sprang/Adam West Batman is taking me from faint disappointment that Pattinson won't be the sole occupier of the role to active excitement.

Also, it totally is just the TSS/Peacemaker stuff being kept mostly intact isn't it? No objections, just kinda funny.

Not gonna lie: the loss of Keaton really does sting even if its the right call for what they're trying to do. Hopefully they capitalize on Beyond somehow. Actually feels like something that might benefit from being an Elseworlds series rather than a movie.

Batman Beyond with Keaton needs to happen. I just don't see why nobody at WB has realized the potential in that.

Not gonna lie: the loss of Keaton really does sting even if its the right call for what they're trying to do. Hopefully they capitalize on Beyond somehow. Actually feels like something that might benefit from being an Elseworlds series rather than a movie.

Maybe Gunn is being smart on pleasing 89/Returns fans, satisfying and re-paying Keaton back (his enjoyment as Batman / removal leading to Batman Forever, Batgirl getting cancelled)...

...by making Batman Beyond an elseworld's tale ala or long lost Batman III meets Batman Beyond over in the 'Joker' aspect of the overall franchise.
