There's was a press release that didn't mention his name. But that was released MONTHS ago and no one had even officially signed on. Jean-Claude Van Damme wasn't on it, despite him being in the film.

Could have sworn one of the producers tweeted about the cast being in Bulgeria and Jet Li was on it, gutted if he's not in this.

Why he didn't really do much in the first. I thought the fight with dolph was kind of week and boring. Bring on yen he's alot more exciting to me and speaks better English

He did plenty in the first, his character was likable and funny, and the fight scene with Dolph was weak because of the way it was shot, too much shaky cam and quick cuts, not Jet's fault for that.

I assume he'll play Stallone or Schwarzenegger's love child , maybe to do a riff on that scandal. That would be funny for a few minutes but if this kid gets involved in the action it will bring the whole film down.

I just scrolled up and read NO JET LI . I thought something like this might happen with Statham but please don't take away Jet , especially if Donnie Yen is involved.
