They have a twitter page for the Flash's writers room and it looks like, in addition to Berlanti, Kreisberg and Geoff Johns, they have Alison Schapker (Fringe), Grainne Godfree (The Tomorrow People), Jaime Paglia (co-creator/showrunner of Eureka), Kai Yu Wu (two episodes of Hannibal) and Todd Helbing (Spartacus). There might be more, I'll have to look.

And Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold? That's pretty high profile casting and it's ****ing spot on. There are few actors that I'd be happier with than Wentworth Miller. He'll nail the role. No doubt in my mind.

It seems after Arrow has caught on that more and more higher profile actors are willing to sign onto Arrow or The Flash

Great casting for Captain Cold. I think the fact Cold is a character with depth might of attracted Wentworth to the role. l

As for how much The Flash will cross over with flagship series Arrow, Kreisberg told TVGuide.com after the panel that it'll happen often on a small scale, but they are planning for a big event later in the season. "Episodes 8 of both shows, Arrow and Flash, are going to be a two-hour crossover event," Kreisberg says. "[Also], in Episode 4, Felicity [Emily Bett Rickards] is going to come to The Flash."
