It would be cool if Barry came OUT OF the speed force with his new suit on. Like the speed force creates it for him instead of Cisco. Cause remember when Barry went inside the speed force the end of the season he just had regular dress clothes on. The question is how did Barry get his new suit in the original 2024 timeline?
