Yeah I won't be watching this until tonight, for those of us who haven't yet seen it, did it surpass your expectations? Were the characters likeable? Do people like Gustin as Barry? How did the costume look in action?

It's not overstuffed, but it certainly is fast-paced. There are a few pacing issues yeah, but overall it flows quite nicely - the good thing is that Grant is pretty great in the role, so he's capable of carrying even the weaker scenes well.

And that after credits scene... Flash fans are going to be very happy

Know this wasn't directed at me but want to answer - A CW Green Lantern series would be awesome, and I think it definitely could be done - the effects were pretty good

It's got such a different tone to Arrow that I don't know if it'll draw the same audience

They changed up a scene that kinda omitted an Arrow reference which I thought was odd but yeah

Don't be disappointed, Arrow wasn't very good for it's first ten or so episodes. As for a GL series, I've never wanted one, but I'd love for him to be a recurring character in both series.

The series will definitely take off. This and Arrow are the best superhero TV series I've seen. The effects are alright, pretty good for CW

8/10 solid for a pilot, acting was a bit uneven, though that usually improves as a show progresses, can't wait to see where the show goes from here, loved the [BLACKOUT]Grodd[/BLACKOUT] easter egg. and the ending with the future newspaper with the [BLACKOUT]Flash missing during crisis, red skies vanish, Queen/Wayne merger[/BLACKOUT] was great, cannot wait for it to start airing.
