Supergirl doesn't take place in the "Flarrow"-verse, so this crossover is definitely going to be facilitated by way of the dimensional breaches that keep popping up in Central City... hence why it's only Barry who'll be meeting Team Supergirl.

First we get the Dream crossover of seeing Constantine on "Arrow" and now we're going to see Barry on "Supergirl". Definitely an awesome time to be a fan.

Barry Allen, meet Kara Danvers:ilv:. Lol. Its happening the Monday after BvS DOJ so its gonna be a great three day DC weekend. :woot:.

That's a lot more purpose than most villains of the week get. What more purpose were you expecting him to serve, if you don't mind my asking?

It's not "100% of the speed force" it's 100% of what they usually clock him at. They have no way of knowing how fast he can go. Zoom, however, does.

um I don't know really, I'm so desensitized to there villain of the weeks at this point that I would rather them be used as a way for Barry to learn more moves and challenges.

I get what your saying but there stretching it out a little bit too much at this point. Too Zoom Flash is just another speedster like Jay and he doesn't know Flash powers the speed force based on what we've seen so to Zoom he should have already taken Barry's powers.

I have a feeling this is going to be earth 1 based.

The Moment you realize that ALL of these characters exist within the same (Multi) Universe...

It can't be. Earth-1 of the "Flarrow"-verse doesn't have a Superman as of the present-day, and heroes like The Flash, Green Arrow, etc. don't exist on Supergirl's Earth.

As far as we know.

God bless you! God bless everyone!

Opening scene:

Arrow and Flash fighting Hive.

Damien Dahrk calls in reinforcements.

Dozens of ghosts fill in behind him. Supergirl slams down in front of Barry and Oliver facing Darhk.

Barry to Oliver, "Is she with you?"

Oliver, "I thought she was with you"

^ This is a crossover between The Flash and Supergirl only, but I do get the joke.

I agree that, if they revealed that, suddenly, Superman was always there and he just wasn't mentioned, it would be really jarring. But they haven't formally said that they're in separate universes yet.

Up until Kara revealed herself to the world, Superman was her Earth's only hero, as stated in the SG Pilot.

Earth's only hero. Oliver and Flash are centered for single cities. Not saying it's all in the same universe, but that it's not as hard to do it as some might think.

God bless you! God bless everyone!

"Earth's only hero" was clearly being used to convey Superman being the only hero in existence on Earth prior to Kara revealing herself, not that Superman was the only hero whose jurisdiction covered the whole Earth.

At any rate, though, it's already been confirmed, via Deadline Hollywood, that the crossover will be relying on the Multiverse concept.

It is, Jay's going to be going up against him while Barry's away in Earth-2.

The episode description for the second part hints that we could be seeing a new version of the Velocity drug get used to give Jay at least temporary speed.

It should be permanent. Dude has just been pretty useless so far. :cmad:

I'll just be happy if we get one cool showdown between him and a villain, fingers crossed that it marks the beginning of us seeing him in the field more regularly.

I didn't see the executive producers confirm that. "Clearly" isn't really a term I'd use for that. They could get away with it if they wanted to. But I don't necessarily think that they'll have it be in the same universe, just that it's not an impossible idea.

God bless you! God bless everyone!
