I wonder what would happen if Obama agrees & ban the 360 in the U.S. ? I guess the 360 gamers able to vote. Would vote just to vote against him in November ? Which would end up being bad for Obama. Since the 360 is popular in the U.S.

Infinity Ward has received $493 million from Activision

The pre-trial hearings continue in the West/Zampella case against Activision, and now we are learning just how much Activision has paid for Call of Duty since 2003: $493 million (£315 million). These bonuses were paid for a number of games over time, but according to the plaintiffs the amounts paid by Activision still did not reach the level of payments required by the contracts.

Polygon reported that the bonuses were organized into three categories by Activision: Studio, which meant games developed by Infinity Ward; Tech, which meant games that used Infinity Ward-developed technology that Activision had licensed; and IP, which meant any game that used the Call of Duty brand. Activision has paid out $354.66 million in studio bonuses,$62.56 million in tech bonuses, and $75.64 million in IP bonuses. Infinity Ward developers in the suit feel that Activision owes them for Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, while Activision says that they do not owe those payments.

West and Zampella were fired by Activision in 2010 because of "breaches of contract and insubordination;" dozens of Infinity Ward staffers (including a number of key developers) left in the following months, eventually to rejoin West and Zampella at their new Respawn Entertainment Studio, which has signed a development contract with Electronic Arts.

West and Zampella filed suit against Activision for wrongful termination, alleging that Activision fired them to avoid having to pay out bonuses. Activision filed a countersuit, and then another suit against Electronic Arts seeking $400 million from EA to comepnsate for the costs of having to rebuild Infinity Ward. The suit with EA was settled earlier this month, though neither side is discussing the details (analysts say that no money changed hands).

More pre-trial hearings are set for this week, and currently the case is set to begin trial on June 1 in Los Angeles. Ironically, opening arguments may begin on June 5th as E3 begins just a few miles away.

Does it happen often that the 360 just stops supporting audio all together? It happened occasionally to me in the past, which I fixed by turning the console off and on a couple times. But now I'm trying this for like half and hour and nothing. It works fine if I use a component cable, but with my HDMI cable, nothing. Did anyone experience this themselves and know any work arounds?

The PS3 oddly just did that to me, twice now, as I was playing GOW Origins Collection.

Never mind, fixed it. I turned off display recovery. Got bumped back to 480p, but sound was back. Turned it back to 1080p and the sound is still there.

It happens but usually only lasts a second or 2. Thats my PS3

Thinking of getting Prototype (the first one) since it's only like $15 on Live. I'm kind of in the mood to turn my brain off and create lots of mayhem. Worth it?

If you ever played and enjoyed The Incredible Hulk Ultimate Destruction, I think you'd like Prototype, it's incredibly similar.

I never got the chance to play Ultimate Destruction, actually. I wonder if that's on Live...

Only played it briefly at a friend's place. Wasn't into all the mayhem and destruction. But apparently it gets really frustrationg later on, with multiple tanks, helicopters and hunters trying to beat the **** out of you. I don't know if you prefer brain off games to be a chore later on.

I checked and saw that Ultimate Destruction is compatible with the 360, so I bought a copy of that online for like $10. I'll try that out instead when it gets here. Maybe I'll finally pick up Diablo 3 this week and sink all my vacation time into that...

When I play that game, I go more for stealth kills and driving vehicles than destruction and mayhem
Getting the upgrade to command soldiers to shoot one of their own is one of the best features that game offers

I thought it was a major dissapointment and not that good, but at that price, its not bad. Theres a ton of stuff to do as far as side missions and events. The graphics are supbar though and the controls take alot to get used to. Alot of segments are REALLY frustrating and the whole shape shifting aspect, which should have been awesome, never lived up to its hype. Also dont expect much from the story as its pretty generic with an awful protagonist. I guess its good for mindless fun with the free roam killing at $15

Hulk: UD is an awesome game but probably really dated now. Still worth playing though.

Its one of the best comic videogames ever made, at least at the time of its release. It did a good job at embodying The Hulk and what its like to be him in a free roam game

Yea and thats, literally, what everyone tells me.

I need to pick it up

Hulk UD is, IMHO better than both F-Bomb: The Game 1 and 2.. Also known as Prototype 1 and 2, lol.

I wish they'd give us an updated Hulk: UD and well as an updated Punisher game like the one THQ published
